Welcome to CodeSwap’s Referral Program! By participating in this program, you agree to these Referral Program Terms, which govern your eligibility, commission structure, and responsibilities. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Program Overview
The CodeSwap Referral Program allows members to earn a 20% commission for each item purchased by new users they refer to the platform. Commissions are based on the net purchase amount of the referred customer’s order.
2. Eligibility
- All registered CodeSwap members are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- CodeSwap reserves the right to approve or deny participation for any reason at its discretion.
- Self-referrals are not permitted. Referral commissions will not be awarded for purchases made by the referring member’s account or any accounts associated with the referring member.
3. Referral Link and Tracking
- Once registered, each member will receive a unique referral link accessible from their CodeSwap account.
- For the referral to be valid, the referred customer must sign up through the provided referral link. CodeSwap is not responsible for referrals not tracked due to incorrect use of referral links or browser settings, such as disabled cookies.
4. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: Members will earn a 20% commission on each qualifying purchase made by referred customers.
- Commissions apply to the net purchase amount (excluding taxes, fees, or refunds).
- Commission amounts are added to the referrer’s CodeSwap account and can be withdrawn once they reach the minimum payout threshold outlined in the general Terms and Conditions.
5. Payment and Withdrawal of Commissions
- Commissions will be available for withdrawal after a 30-day holding period to account for any potential refunds or chargebacks.
- Members must have at least $50 in commission earnings to request a payout.
- All commissions are paid in the currency selected by CodeSwap, and the member is responsible for any currency conversion fees or transaction fees imposed by the payment processor.
6. Prohibited Activities
Referrers must abide by the following rules:
- No Spam: Members must not engage in unsolicited mass emails, messaging, or spam to promote their referral link.
- No Misrepresentation: Members must not make false claims or misrepresent CodeSwap’s services to earn referrals.
- No Paid Advertising: Purchasing search engine ads or social media ads containing CodeSwap trademarks, misrepresented variations, or similar phrasing is prohibited.
- No Self-Referrals: Members are not eligible to earn commissions on their own purchases or from accounts closely associated with them.
CodeSwap reserves the right to disable referral privileges and withhold commissions if prohibited activities are suspected.
7. Termination and Changes
- CodeSwap may modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
- Any changes to the program will apply only to referrals made after the changes are posted.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
- CodeSwap is not responsible for lost or misdirected referrals due to technical issues or errors.
- CodeSwap does not guarantee any minimum commission earnings through participation in the program.
- By participating in the referral program, members agree to release CodeSwap from any liability or claims arising from their participation.
